Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wellness Experience

Immerse yourself in the authentic warmth of our Finnish-style wood-burning sauna, enhanced by seasonal aromatherapy and the natural beauty of our surroundings.

    The Thermic Cycle

    • Heat: Start with 15-20 minutes (or as long as you can tolerate) in the soothing heat of the sauna.

    • Cold: Step out of the sauna into the crisp mountain air and enjoy a few moments to cool off.

    • Hydrate: Rehydrate with water or herbal tea provided in the tent or at the outdoor lounge by the fire.

    • Repeat: Complete this cycle 2-4 times to fully experience the wellness benefits of the thermic cycle.

    Community and Relaxation

Connect with fellow guests and your sauna host. Enjoy an unplugged experience.

  • Health Considerations

If you have any medical conditions, such as heart issues or blood pressure concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in a sauna session.

    Listen to Your Body

Pay attention to how you feel during your session. If you experience any discomfort, step out of the sauna and notify our team immediately.

  • Arrival Time

Arrive a few minutes prior to the start time of your sauna session and check in with your sauna host for instructions. If you need to change clothes, you may use the restrooms located inside the brewery.

    Restrooms

Restrooms are available and located inside the brewery. There are no showers on site. We suggest bringing comfortable clothes to wear after your session.

    Shower

At this time, we do not have a shower on-site, but you can cool off naturally outdoors or use the cold plunge (if available). A towel-off and fresh air is usually all you need!

  • Towels

We provide each of our guests with one towel per session, but if you’d like more than one towel, we encourage you to bring your own. A bathrobe would also work.

    Clothing

Guests are required to wear a bathing suit or athletic wear while in the sauna.

Easy Shoes to Slip On and Off

Since the sauna is a barefoot experience, we recommend shoes like slides, hard-bottom slippers, or boots for moving between the sauna, check-in tent, and outdoor lounge.

  • Jewelry

The sauna is HOT. Wearing jewelry or watches may cause discomfort or injury to the skin.

    Drugs and Alcohol

To maintain a safe and serene atmosphere, please refrain from consuming alcohol or any intoxicating substances before or during your session.

    Pets and Children

While we adore furry friends and kiddos, this experience is designed for adults.

  • Plans can change, and life happens—as does the weather. You may cancel up to 12 hours prior to your sauna session for a full refund. Please do so online through the email you received with booking confirmation. Within 12 hours, email us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
